FAQ about orders

Order Confirmation
Once your order has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent for your records. This email confirms that your order has been received and has begun processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and dispatch. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
For domestic US orders, allow up to 6 business days for delivery after dispatch. International delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected.
Damaged orders
We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please contact us and include a photo of your damaged item within 48 hours of receiving your product. Our customer service team will review it and get back to you.
Lost or missing orders
Please contact us if you have not received your Delivered order or if it has been lost in transit by the carrier. We would be happy to assist you.
